To evaluate the Stepping Stone Disability Sport Project
The work:
In March 2015 Cambridgeshire County Council appointed Bavester Associates to complete an evaluation report on their Stepping Stone Disability Sport project. The report was required within a two month deadline. Work involved:
Interviews with both third party delivery partners and beneficiaries from the scheme
Reviews of existing project monitoring and evaluation data
Compilation of an evaluation report including case studies and providing key learning and recommendations for the future operation of the programme
The outcome:
As a result of a budget underspend, the project has continued to operate with a new delivery partner with amendments to the programme in place as a result of the recommendations made within the report.
