The brief:
To provide consultancy support in relation to communications and marketing activity undertaken by Peterborough Hydrotherapy Pool as part of a project being led by Living Sport, the County Sports Partnership for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
The work:
In 2013 Bavester Associates was appointed by Living Sport to provide consultancy support to Peterborough Hydrotherapy Pool as part of an organisational development programme. Bavester Associates provided the following support:
Review of existing communications plans
Advice and guidance in relation to stakeholder communication activity to raise awareness of the benefit of the community facility and to support future funding bids
Development of press release templates and PR calendar
Development of direct mail content to target specific client groups
The outcomes:
Peterborough Hydrotherapy Pool has enhanced levels of PR and communications activity and has successfully secured further funding to continue to operate as a community facility.
